Data Protection Act – Do you need to obey?
I get quite a lot of clients ask me about the Data Protection Act and if they need to comply or not. I can’t legally advise them one way or another as it’s different for each company and what details they are holding.
What I can usually do is point them in the direction of the act itself, but I came across this handy site with a good break down of it.
